We offer free delivery to your place in Eve Online. Your character should be located in the system with security 0.5 or higher.
How I will receive my items order?
We will create an in-game contract for your character within 24 hours from the moment we have received and accepted your payment regardless of order size (many orders are delivered within several hours). This means that a bigger item order will give you more value for the time you spend waiting for delivery. Once you have accepted the contract you can collect the items in your personal hangar space at a location & station specified in the contract.
Ocassionally you delivery may take longer than 24 hours in such case we will do our best to infomr you about such delay with ETA.
We understand the value of your Eve Online time and that is why we will deliver the items to your statition. We can not guarantee delivery to your specified solar system but we will do our very best. Especially we do not deliver to the systems with the Security Level less than 0.5.
To accept a contract, you simply login to the game with your character and access the contract menu. Please see the pictures below.
Click on the "Contract" button on the left hand side in game.

This will bring up the Contracts start page.

Click on assigned contracts to your character. You will be presented with a list of contract(s) assigned to your character.

Click on contract. As soon as the contract is accepted, the items will appear in your personal hangar space at the station stated under "Location" in the contract window.
Your accepted contract items can also be viewed via the "Assets" button on the left hand side in the game.

Please note: We may charge a small amount for a contract acceptance for security reasons.
ISKs are delviered separately from items.
In order to receive your ISKs order you will need to travel to the Jita 4-4 Navy Assemble Plant in order to accept the contract (or face-to-face trade which can be arranged via our livesupport) and sell items.
Also we will provide you with additional instructions during an order processing.
Return of purchased products
If you are not satisfied with recived items they can be exchanged with the same product at no additional cost, as long as our customer service department is informed within 24 hours of delivery. All items will be inspected to determine whether the item appears defective.
You can replace or return the product only within the first 24 hours from the time your order was completed and the item was sent to you. To receive a refund you must be able to return the product(s) in the same condition it was offered (not a damaged ship for example).
Cancellation
If you ordered a wrong product or if you decide that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace it or refund you.
To cancel an online order placed with Evewiz, you must contact customer service within 24 hours. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, as long as it has not shipped yet.
When contacting customer service to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
In case your order has not shipped, you will receive a full refund. Please note that, if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case you can request to return the item for a refund (minus 10% restocking fee).
