Although we take very stringent measures to provide a secure service, we can't give a 100% guarantee that nothing of the sort will ever happen. However, throughout our 3 years of business, we have never had any customer with a proper high level account banned. Only accounts less than 30 days old and trial accounts run the risk of getting into trouble for receiving ISK and other goods. So to be on the sure side, make sure you use a non trial account that's at least 30 days old and has been extensively played.

We have 3 years of experience delivering vast volumes of ships, ISK and other goods and this has given us a unique insight into in-game transaction procedures. We employ number of tactics to make sure our transactions are safe in the game. For security reasons we do not publish information on what exactly we are doing.

We receive all our ISK from legit high-profile players. This ascertains that our ISK does not stem from macros, hacks and other exploits that CCP actively fights against, and this in turn helps keeping our transactions under their radar.

We do not deliver to trial accounts or accounts that are less than 30 days old.

At the moment we don't buy ISK or items from random players. We keep a permanent rooster of high profile players that provide us with the ISK and goods we need.

If your order is in stock we can usually deliver within several hours. However, deliveries may occasionally take up to 24-48 hours depending on order volume, game server traffic and the distance to your solar system and station. We take great pride in delivering straight to your personal hangar space in a station and solar system of your choice, and although this may increase the time we spend delivering, it will vastly reduce the time you spend collecting your order.

We deliver all non ISK orders such as ships and implants via "paid" contracts. To accept a contract from us, you have to pay a tiny amount of ISK. This makes the transaction look much more legit than a trade or free contract. Certain items may have special delivery conditions, so make sure to read the item descriptions carefully before ordering.

Please observe that once you have accepted the contract, the goods can be collected in your personal hangar space in the station and solar system you stated in your order comment. Your time is precious and we don't want you to waste any of it. We traverse space with your goods while you just sit back and relax.

For security reasons, we will deliver your ISK in the form of minerals or other items which you can sell on market to receive ISK. You will need to travel to Jita IV - Mon 4, Caldari Navy Assembly Plant to collect the minerals. Then simply sell them on market while in Jita.

Other shops may very well have lower prices, but please be aware that you get what you pay for. Cheap shops aquire their goods with the help of macros, hacks and exploits and do not care about your security at all. Buying from a cheap shop is a gamble that may very well result in you getting banned, assuming the goods are delivered in the first place. You never really know with shady sellers.
